The PAHAL
(DBTL) scheme is for every LPG connection owner like HP, Indane, and Bharat
Gas. We are providing a step by step guide below to assist you in availing LPG
benefits without Aadhar Card.
We have taken
the example of Bharat Gas rest will follow the same process.

will see two links to avail LPS subsidy with or without Aadhaar Card to join
DBTL

Click
on second link “If you do not have Aadhaar Number click here to join DBTL.”
4.
You
will land on “Join DBTL to receive subsidy into
bank account without Aadhaar”.
5.
If you are visiting this page first time
you need to register yourself if you want to apply online.
6.
Now click on the submit button to complete the process on online
application form filling

You will receive the acknowledgement of your form submission by
SMS and email.
8.
If
you want to carry forward the process manually download the form from http://www.ebharatgas.com/pages/downloads/UnifiedForm.pdf
Fill
the requisite information like Bank Name, Account number, IFSC Code etc and
handover this form to your to your LPG distributor.
